Bobwhite Drive Pipe Lining Project

527 Bobwhite Court in the Quail Run Subdivision

Not all infrastructure improvements are visible, but they’re still critical to protect community residents. The penny supported the replacement and rehabilitation of aging drainage pipes within a county easement in the Quail Run Subdivision. The project, completed in January 2018 restored:

  • 270 linear feet of cured-in-place pipe liner installed within a 36" drainage pipe

  • Replacement of 617 linear feet of corrugated metal pipe

  • Concrete headwall replacement

Work like this protects our local neighborhoods from drainage failures before they become flooding events. This proactive investment in infrastructure saves residents and the county far more in the long run.
