Chemstrand Road between Nine Mile Road & Ten Mile Road

Your pennies contributed to funding for a major pedestrian safety upgrade along Chemstrand Road that was completed in November 2022. The $2.4 million project included:

  • 5,464 linear feet of new sidewalk connecting Nine Mile Road and Ten Mile Road making a safer pathway for pedistrians

  • Repaved approximately 3,986 feet of asphalt

  • Reinforced concrete drainage pipes installed along both directions of Chemstrand Road
